Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• The Gift Card is valid for lifetime from the date of purchase and does not have an expiry date.

• The Gift Card can be redeemed after all applicable discounts have been applied.

• Only one Gift Card can be used per order. Multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined in a single order.

• Any unused balance on the Gift Card can be carried forward and used for future purchases.

• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using any prepaid payment option. The balance amount cannot be paid via COD.

• Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD) and must be purchased through a prepaid payment method.

• Gift Card balance cannot be refunded, transferred, or recharged once issued or used.

• If an order placed fully or partially using a Gift Card is cancelled or returned without an exchange, the Gift Card amount used for that order will be refunded as gift card amount only.

• Any balance amount paid separately through a prepaid payment method will be refunded as per the general Return & Refund Policy of the Casegear website.

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
