Shipping policy

We process and ship orders on the same day for orders placed between Monday – Saturday (Before 11 AM) 

For products in stock, once you place an order on our website, the order will be processed and shipped within 24 hrs. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days post shipping. It does not take into consideration any issue the shipping carrier may have with the package. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking and we will do our best to help.


FREE DELIVERY 

We provide free delivery on all prepaid orders, and every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within 1 working day (please contact us if you don’t see this after 2 working days). In case of delivery delays, customers may request to have the product reshipped or opt for a refund, while orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (RTO) or refused at the time of delivery will only be refunded in the form of store credit. For orders placed through the EMI payment option, any eligible refund will also strictly be provided as store credit. Please note: in exceptional scenarios where a refund is processed to the customer’s bank account or original mode of payment, a standard deduction of ₹149 will apply towards shipping charges.

The delivery dates shown are estimated and not guaranteed. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and CASEGEAR is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY 

An additional charge of ₹49 may apply for express shipping. If we fail to deliver your express order on the expected delivery date, we will refund the express shipping fee. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment, while for COD/EMI orders, the refund will be issued as store credit.

 

PAY AFTER DELIVERY 

Orders placed using the Pay After Delivery option are confirmed only after successful mandate approval. Once such an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case the customer refuses to accept delivery after shipment, a fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the approved mandate towards logistics and handling charges. By choosing Pay After Delivery, the customer agrees to this deduction and accepts these terms.
