ORDER CANCELLATION

At CASEGEAR, we process and ship orders quickly, so cancellations are time-sensitive. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. If the status does not show “Shipped,” the cancellation will be accepted and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled. Customers are notified via WhatsApp & Mail before shipment, after which the order becomes non-cancellable. If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the order, cancellation is not applicable; instead, store credits or reshipping will be offered.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed to a bank account with a deduction of ₹149 as a service fee.

Note: Cancellation requests will not be processed for orders that have already been shipped.
